The current ESS phone number is 615.390.8363 and the ESS technician is Andy
Price (student). ESS is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday evenings
from 5:45pm to 9:00pm and on Saturday from 7:30am to 3:30pm with a 30min lunch
around noon.
When you call for ESS support, please remember these 2 items:
- If you do not get a call back from the ESS tech in 10 minutes, contact
TNU security at 615.248.1296 and ask them to contact the ESS tech. If
security cannot reach the ESS tech, they will call Scott Creel for
instructions.
- When you call ESS, you must leave a call-back number and the location of
the classroom/lab you need assistance in.
